‘Brief altercation’ between motorists preceded lethal Highway 169 capturing

In charges unveiled Friday evening, police say a temporary altercation among drivers together Highway 169 in Plymouth, Minnesota preceded the deadly capturing in June that claimed the life of a baseball coach.

Jay Boughton died in July 6 shooting and, this week, police introduced 33-yr-outdated Jamal Smith of Chicago had been charged in the scenario.
