In charges unveiled Friday evening, police say a temporary altercation among drivers together Highway 169 in Plymouth, Minnesota preceded the deadly capturing in June that claimed the life of a baseball coach.

Jay Boughton died in July 6 shooting and, this week, police introduced 33-yr-outdated Jamal Smith of Chicago had been charged in the scenario.

In fees unsealed Friday evening, police said Boughton was shot soon after an incident alongside Highway 169 the place Smith, who was driving a SUV, moved near to Boughton’s car or truck on the freeway.
